All About Air - Spring Term 2016

We enjoyed a fantastic Spring term filled with lively improvisations and captivating music Soundscapes recordings. The children enthusiastically explored bongo drumming, piano melodies, and viola playing, all around the topic: All about Air. And here are some samples of the work—a truly productive term! Several children enthusiastically delved into their Sound books, and it's evident to see their journey unfolding from one book to the next (pictures are arranged chronologically by date). There are remarkable recordings made by the children that will soon find their way into this blog! 3-Year-Old Troubadour: Tommy is captivated by Cuban salsa. The love for glissandos (gliding from one pitch to another) and intricate, fast-paced rhythms is apparent. He has shown keen interest in understanding the inner workings of the human body, particularly the intricacies of blood and the heart.
